. There's just one ingredient missing: anyone with a clue.. The planet-hopping children have special talents -- telekinesis, telepathy etc. -- although it is the high-wattage lovability of Mr. Rock that's the real superpower on display here.. It isn't just that no effort is expended on old-fogey ideas like character development; it's more that Hayward doesn't even try to make individual scenes make sense.. It's hard to have any thoughts while watching Jonah Hex -- the cranium-crushing soundtrack...
